There are so many fantastic finger print cards on pinterest and here is one I tried! They were so simple to create which meant that we were able to make lots in a short amount of time. Despite being really simple, they look very effective!

How to Make Book Bunting.

Yes more bunting! I can feel a bunting obsession developing.
You can view my previous bunting post here. However, today I have gone for a much less traditional style of bunting that would be perfect for children's rooms, classrooms, book corners and nurseries etc.
BOOK bunting!
PLEASE NOTE: I apologise for the absolutely awful photos, I will upload some better ones once I have put the bunting up properly and have my camera back (not my phone).

How To Create Your Own Stained Glass Painting

I love this craft and originally used it to create my final piece for my Art GCSE. This peacock design was a gift for my mum. It is a copy from a beautiful design I found online. I don't know who the original artist is but designs are available at: . If anyone knows the artist please let me know so I can include it.

1. I started with a blank pane of glass. I used the glass out of a cheap photo frame (please be careful).

2. If you are creating a stained glass piece from a picture, place it underneath the glass and use it as a stencil. Much easier than attempting to copy it freehand. :)

3. Now here is the secret, nail art pens. They really are brilliant and their uses are endless. Using your picture as a template create your basic outline.

How to create Easter Baskets

It's Easter time, so let's make some Spring baskets to fill with lots of goodies...
[great to make with kids]

How to Sew a Cushion with Zipper.

Create your own simple cushion cover with zipper using these simple steps. How can your resist the cute 'hungry catterpillar' fabric and cheery design? Enough to brighten up anyone's day. :)

Simple Butterfly Cards

This first card is a mishmash of the items I found in my craft box - buttons, paper, stickers and embellishments galore. There was no real plan in the creation of this card but I am however, pleased with the overall effect. The second card was slightly more thought out and constrained. Here I used floral card and bright buttons to create elegant butterflies. I hope you like them. Craft happy :)

Bunting Thank You Card

I received some beautiful 'Cath Kidston' style card for Christmas which gives a really lovely and feminine look to any craft. It has taken me quite some time to actually cut it up and use it as it is just so beautiful. However, this simplistic card took minimal time to create and looks very cute and jolly.
I printed the letters off the computer using the 'crafty girls' font which is free to download online. :)

Simple Gift Labels with Buttons

I created these simple button gift tags using some floral card and colourful buttons. They were so quick and easy to make and added a really bright and cheery feel to the gifts that I had wrapped.

Hip Happy Birthday Balloons

Let me start by saying a massive HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all. I hope it is a fantastic one. :)

Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy-apple-pie-and custard! This card is lovely and simplistic with a cheery balloon design. Perfect for any birthday. You could also use patterned paper for the balloons or use ribbons for the string, make it as fancy as you like. As this card was for a male friend, I tried to avoid all the extras I would usually include. Boys are just so tricky but he did like it, so success. :)
